The workshop "Coachingtools for University" offers participants an introduction and overview of the topic of coaching. Basic tools and techniques are practiced on the basis of the coaching process, so that after the workshop they can be used for self-support in one's own professional tasks as well as for supporting colleagues, students (teaching, office hours) and also in leadership situations in everyday university life. Both face-to-face and online coaching will be considered. The participants practice the tools on the basis of their own professional situations.

Learning targets:

At the end of the workshop the participants are able to ...

• apply the learned and practiced coaching tools in practice.
• integrate the coaching tools into their (professional) everyday life.

• CAU-Certificates: Leadership OR University didactics (further information in German)
• Fee: 500,00 €. Free for employees of CAU and PhD students who are registered within the Graduiertenzentrum.
