This program will help you build your capacity to feel and sense into your body so that you can handle stress much more effectively. Learn how to regulate your emotions in any situation and to be able to make better decisions. Growing your embodied awareness through guidance and practice will support you to become a better version of yourself in any context.

  • Motivation – Motivating Myself & Others
How does motivation arise? What can you do to motivate yourself and how do you find out what is truly important to you? What possibilities do you have to positively influence the motivation of your colleagues, friends, or team members? In this learning program, we will look at motivation from a psychological perspective. In doing so, you will receive a number of tips and tools that will help you motivate yourself and others.

  • Resilience – Cultivating Your Inner Strengths
We all react differently to stressful and exceptional situations. While some of us struggle mightily in challenging times, others have the ability to overcome crises without suffering psychological damage. Resilience refers to a person’s psychological flexibility and adjustment. It is a characteristic that helps people cope well with crises. The good news is: Resilience can be strengthened.

  • Self Care – Dealing with Stress & Preventing Burnout
Constantly having to keep up, being pressured to do things, and always having to push the limits of what is possible: many of us encounter these feelings every day. However, the health risks of chronic stress (especially in the workplace) are tremendous and steadily increasing in our performance-driven society. Time to do something about it!

  • Self-Efficacy – The Power of Believing in Yourself
Self-efficacy is becoming increasingly important in professional and private life, as it is a reliable predictor of both success and satisfaction. It describes the belief of being able to tackle and master even difficult challenges in a self-conscious manner. Therefore, it is also an important key to being resilient. In this learning program, you find out why self-efficacy plays such an important role and how you can boost you own self-efficacy.

  • Self-Management – Boosting Your Productivity
Do you often experience time pressure, stress, and dissatisfaction and struggle to get most of your work done? Applying adequate self-management, you can escape these concerns once and for all.
