Self-Paced Online Courses "Productive teamwork"

(An offer of your Personnel Development Department)

  • Decision Making
Deciding is part of everyday life. How do you make important and successful decisions and how do you implement them sustainably? In this learning program, you get to know which mindset, tools, models, and methods can support you. You learn how to balance rationality and intuition while deciding, to reflect on decision-making patterns, and to deal with mistakes as well as complex situations.

  • GRID – 4 Factors of Successful Teams
What do you need to develop a successful team? Are there any key elements or guidelines you should follow? In this learning program, you get to know our GRID model which defines four key factors of successful teams: goal setting, role clarity, interpersonal relationships, and decision making.

  • Project Management
When a new project is about to be implemented, the following question usually comes up at the beginning: Which approach do you follow – classic or agile? In this learning program, we focus on classic project management. You will learn the basic elements, starting with the clarification of the assignment to the environmental and stakeholder analysis up to the conclusion of a project. During this learning program, you will be able to plan your own project as well using the tools presented.

  • Successful Intercultural Cooperation
Globalization has changed our everyday working lives. The world has become more connected, making intercultural encounters more frequent and intense. In this learning program, you will acquire more awareness for cultural differences step by step. You will also learn what to look for when working with people from other cultures and how to deal with intercultural conflicts.

  • Successful Negotiation
What does it take for a successful negotiation? There are countless strategies and techniques for negotiating. In this learning program, I introduce you to a comprehensive concept to be able to use the different strategies and negotiation techniques for yourself. Based on the Harvard Concept, you learn about the individual steps in a negotiation process, so that you can prepare, conduct, and follow up on negotiations. Various everyday examples and several exercises provide a practical approach to the topic.

  • The Power of Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is not just a 'nice to have', but rather a business imperative. It has been proven time and time again that diverse teams outperform homogeneous ones. This learning program supports you in understanding your own diversity and working on your bias. This is the basis to develop an environment in which everyone feels accepted and valued, as who they are.

  • Unconscious Bias – Raising Awareness & Reducing Harm
The term unconscious bias refers to various bias effects that work subconsciously and influence our perception and thinking. This can lead to unfair judgements and, in the worst cases, discrimination. In this program, I help you understand biases and provide you with different strategies to overcome them.
